Jonah got his first bee sting today! You can see in the picture that his right thumb area is all red and puffy...
He was climbing a tree, jumped off and his hand landed right on a bee! Of course there were tears, but when I pulled out the old baking soda and water paste, he perked up and thought it was pretty cool that his mom made a "special potion" to make it feel better. Isn't that what mom's are for?

Bummer! I haven't had a bee sting for so long, I don't think I'd even know what to do about it if my kids got stung, except scrape the stinger out with a credit card! What was the "magic potion" for?
Awww, poor Jonah! The little wizard, that is so like him to love that his mom made a "potion". So funny!
