We're joining the ranks of much of our family and we're movin' to the country! It's a cute little country house on 30+ acres in Arroyo Grande. Its in a beautiful area - it is so quiet and peaceful away from the hustle and bustle. But the awesome thing is that it's only 3 miles from the Village (downtown) of Arroyo Grande! That means I'm only 3 minutes from shopping, restaurants, etc, and 4 minutes from Trader Joes! No more 15-20 minute (or more) drives to buy milk - yay! So I guess we're in the perfect location for everything - we're right between San Luis Obispo & Santa Maria - and we're 7 miles from the beach and 8 to the lake - sounds good to me!
So the property has so much space for us to grow a garden - finally! There's already lots of fruit trees. There's even cows and chickens (the kids are very excited about that). We have this real cool driveway edged with shade trees and lots of eucalyptus...are you jealous yet? Jonah's school is just down the street (or rather over the hill) and it is supposedly one of the top elementary schools in the county, so we're very happy about that.
The house is a cozy little house with 2 bedrooms. It has this HUGE mudroom that we're gonna make into an office/playroom. The master bedroom and bathroom are huge and it actually has a laundry room (not just a closet for stackables like Guadalupe) and theres a dining room (we didn't really

Yay! I'm so glad you guys found somewhere - sounds great!! Enjoy the country life and post lots of pics!! No fair that your country life is so close to the beach, though!!:)
