Jonah got this "magic garden" a while back (my parents got it as a white elephant gift at Christmas, so there's some de Groot family member out there that probably recognizes it), but we just haven't done it yet. So last night Gramma and Grand Pa helped him do it. It starts off with just the colored paper cutouts and you poor this liquid on it and watch it grow crystals. Jonah had so much fun looking every hour or so to see how much his garden was growing. When he woke up in the morning this is what it looked like...
Jonah was VERY happy to find snow on the mountains, flowers on the grass, and blossoms on the trees!
Now the question is, what are we gonna do with it now. :)

Hey that's exciting that you guys are moving closer to the beach! If we weren't so far away in utah we would come help you move!
That's really cool!! Good thing Mom and Dad had you guys to share it with...probably wouldn't have been much fun growing a crystal garden with just the two of them, haha!
That is so cool! My kids would love it. Jonah is so adorable.
