Tuesday was a bad day turned somewhat good. Our car broke - AGAIN! Just to give a brief history...we bought the car brand new last September...in April it was totaled, but our lame-o insurance company decided they didn't want to scrap it (even though everyone told them it was totaled), but instead decided to totally rebuild it...it was supposed to take 3 weeks to fix, but turned into 8 (and of course the insurance stopped paying for the car rental after 30 days when they promised they'd pay for it for as long as it took and now we've lost a LOT of money...I don’t like Horrace Mann!!!)...we finally got the car back and we've had to bring it in 4 times since to fix what wasn't fixed, but was supposed to have been...now there's major damage found in the wiring due to battery acid drippings from the accident and our car doesn't work and and the insurance is trying to get out of paying for it and we are mad because they should have totaled it and we should have got a new, working car...very nice...just our luck! It’s hard paying every month for a car that doesn’t work. I guess that wasn't very short at all.
SO anyway we were VERY mad when the car broke again and we had to bring it in, BUT the good part is that we got to spend some quality time with David for a few hours before he went back to work. We spent most of it at the Dinosaur Caves Park in Shell Beach...very fun!
Free Willy! Well I guess the whale's name is actually Oreo, but thats beside the point! How do you like the expression on Jax's face? Oh and by the way - the bandana and hat are part of Jonah's "outfit," but he wanted his daddy to wear it instead.

Now its David and Jaxy's turn...I guess you can call them Jumpin' Jax! I do have to say that David does sport that cowboy ensamble pretty well :)
The cowboy had to jump with his hat back! FYI: Jonah is actually wearing Jaxon's shirt - he was trying to be Woody, but only Jaxon had a shirt that was cowboy material, so he wore it...as long as he didn't move his arms, it didn't look all that bad. Unfortunately Jonah likes to wear Jaxon's clothes a lot...good thing Jax is such a big boy :)

Jonah's mini-cowboy shirt is cracking me up! Love the whole ensemble, though -- David needs a different pair of shoes to look more authentic, though:)
Such a bummer about the car!! You'd think at this point, with all the repairs, it'd probably have been cheaper for insurance to total it out anyway, but unfortunately insurance isn't always known as being completely smart and helpful all the time! Hopefully things will get fixed and settled soon -- keep calling and bugging them and write down notes (dates, names, etc.) every time you talk to them on the phone - we learned that one the hard way!
