We wanted to do something fun as a family this weekend, so we headed to one of our most favorite spots on the Central Coast, Montana de Oro. It was such a beautiful day (in the low 80's). The boys loved watching the waves crash in and out. Lately Jonah & Jaxon have been such good buddies. On our walk, Jax only wanted to hold Jonah's hand and once we got down to the tide pool beach, he followed Jonah everywhere he went. We were bummed to find it was high tide, so the tide pools were covered in water, but we still had lots of fun collecting shells and rocks.
On our way out to M. de O, we stopped in SLO to get some clam chowder at Splash Cafe (for those of you who haven't had it, it really IS the best!). So we had a little chowder feast on the beach. The boys love it, so they were happy. Jax copied Jonah by dipping the bread in it, but wasn't quite as clean as Jonah. Like how he uses his shirt as a napkin?
On our walk back Jonah was sleepy (no he's not really asleep), so he went in the stroller and Jax pushed. He was really proud of himself for helping Daddy push! He did have a little accident later on when he ran ahead and tripped on a rock. Luckily he's a very sturdy kid, so as usual he didn't get hurt, just covered in dirt!

What a fun day! You guys spend your regular weekends what we dream all year about doing on vacation:)
It's so fun when brothers are getting along nicely! It is also adorable when the younger ones mimic the older ones. It brings a smile to your face! =)
So I need to know a few things. First do you know how to make the pictures enlarge when clicked on. Sometimes mine do and sometimes they don't, and I do the same thing every time. Also how do you do your collages on Photoshop? Do you do them by hand or do you use templates? Your pictures are just so cute I want to be just like you :) Call me with the answers. Love, SaraSue
